The research design used in this study is a descriptive research design. In order to find out if the new media of the De La Salle University Library, an interview schedule was made containing questions regarding facts and effectivity of the new media application. Person interviewed was the director of the DLSU Library, Ms. Perla T. Garcia. A survey using a convenience sampling technique was conducted questioning students if they were aware of the DLSU Library's on-line e-journals and that they could acces this new media. The survey was done by randomly interviewing students using the computer terminals in the library. The number off students interviewed was limited to 100.
