Therefore, we conclude for now taht in the span of seven months (January to July 2001), the new media technology offered and used by the DLSU Library is unsuccessful in its aim to get a sufficient number of users (at least 50%of the DLSU undergrad population) to avail of their new media. They failed at getting more students and faculty members to access this new media. Although the DLSU Library operations has benifited a lot in subcribing these database and even if some were able to benefited from these e-journals in doing their researches theri small number does not account for the succes of the program since its main goal was to get more people to use this new media.

Possibly through more information dissemination regarding the use and availability of this new media, the majority of students will be aware and make use of e-journals, only then can one consider that the implementation of this new media is successful.
